Astrozino Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Astrozino. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, casino games, sportsbook, and all related services available at astrozino.com. By registering an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. We strongly recommend reading this document carefully before proceeding. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between language versions. Our services are operated by Green Champions Leader S.R.L., incorporated in Costa Rica (San José, Montes de Oca, San Pedro, Los Yoses), company registration number 3-102-917157, and we hold a licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/155/0098.

1. General Provisions

At Astrozino, we provide an international online casino and sportsbook platform available in eight languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, and Finnish. Our platform supports multiple currencies including EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, BRL, and a range of cryptocurrencies. We are crypto-friendly and accept USDT (TRC20/ERC20), Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, and USDC (ERC20/SPL). By accessing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and that gambling is legal in your territory.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

  • You accept these terms by creating an account or placing any bet on our platform.
  • We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
  • We will notify you of material changes via email or on-site notification where reasonably possible.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

Here at Astrozino Casino, we require all players to register a single personal account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, and you agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your relationship with us. We do not permit multiple accounts held by the same individual. Should we identify duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and void any winnings accrued.

2.1 Restricted Territories

Our services are not available to residents of certain jurisdictions. At Astrozino, we are required to block account registration for players located in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Greece. Furthermore, access to our platform is strictly forbidden for users based in the following territories:

  • Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Statia, St. Maarten
  • United Arab Emirates, Brunei, Cambodia, North Korea, Japan, Qatar
  • Afghanistan, Cuba, Cyprus, France, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iran, Iraq
  • Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Malaysia, Netherlands
  • Saudi Arabia, Spain, Taiwan, USA, Zimbabwe, and other listed territories

We reserve the right to close any account and withhold funds where we determine that a player has registered or accessed our services from a restricted territory. Bonus eligibility may also be affected by additional Excluded Territories as defined in the relevant promotional terms.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

We at Astrozino Casino are legally obligated to verify the identity of all our players. KYC verification is required within 30 days of registration or before processing your first withdrawal, whichever comes first. To complete verification, you must submit a valid government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding the document, and proof of address. All documents must be submitted in PNG, JPEG, or PDF format and must not exceed 3–5 MB in file size. We will notify you of your KYC status within 24 hours of document submission.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Our Astrozino platform supports deposits via Visa, Mastercard, and a full suite of cryptocurrency payment methods. We do not currently state a global minimum deposit amount; however, bonus-qualifying minimums begin at £20 for sports freebets, £25 for casino bonuses, and £50 for our crypto bonus offer. The currency you select at registration is permanent — we do not permit currency changes after account creation.

4.1 Withdrawal Policy

  • We process withdrawals back to the same payment method used for the deposit, in the registered account holder's name.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is approximately £20 or equivalent, subject to region and payment method.
  • Maximum withdrawal limits are set at €5,000 per day and €25,000 per calendar month.
  • Wins exceeding €30,000 will be paid out in monthly instalments.
  • Players who have made only a single deposit are subject to a cap of 15× their initial deposit amount.

4.2 Deposit Wagering Requirement

We require that all deposits be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. You must wager 100% of your deposit at minimum odds of 1.50 (sports) or wager the deposit amount 3× on casino games. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a 10% processing fee being deducted from the withdrawal amount.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide our platform on an "as is" basis and make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in your registered account at the time of the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising in connection with your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Costa Rica, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your country of residence.
